Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time:


Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Domestic (Australia):
Standard Shipping: $8.99 (Free on orders over $50)
Express Shipping: $15
Delivery Time: Standard (3-7 business days), Express (1-3 business days)

3. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.


4. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).


Return Policy


1. Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.


2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@themuggy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.


3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@themuggy.com.au.


5. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.


6. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, sale items, and personalised products are not eligible for return.

If an error in the price is discovered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If your order is canceled after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

Your contract with The Muggy is established when you receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order and payment. Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy. We do not guarantee that the quality of goods or services will meet your expectations.
